Who We Are
TAG Management Services was formed in 2006, by Terry Grove to provide independent Management Consulting and Interim Management Services to the utility industry. He is a freelance consultant with an extensive network of contacts and has over 29 years experience at a senior level within the utility industry. Terry has real experience of delivering successful business change programmes with an enviable track record of success.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, Association of Project Managers and the Professional Contractors Group.
Terry has a depth of experience of leading business wide change and technology programmes as well as managing functional teams within Finance, Supply Chain and Shared Services. Specific company wide programmes he has led include establishing European Joint Venture, managing a major asset sale, establishing and running Shared Services, the post–merger integration of two FTSE 100 ‘back office activities’, delivering an ERP strategy then leading all associated procurement activities as well as delivering two company wide SAP solutions.
Terry has also presented both within Europe and the States on a variety of topics which have included Business Risk Management, Shared Services and Supply Chain.
TAG is operated mainly on the basis of a principal independent consultant, in conjunction with occasional associates and partners. It is a small personal company. We enjoy our work, and quickly integrate with clients to the extent that we act as part of their team.
