Recent assignments are detailed below:

• Ongoing provision of an interim manager to handle all work associated with counterparties for a major energy trading company.
• Establishing and running the Operational Risk team for a major energy trading company until a permanent recruit could be identified.
• Reporting to the executive led an ERP strategy and all associated procurement and commercial negotiations along with the pre mobilisation activity of a multi million pound SAP programme.
• Reporting to the Director of Finance provided advice and guidance in the establishment of a multi million pound programme to introduce a new energy trading system. The assignment also included leading, on behalf of the sponsor, a proof of concept approach covering a bespoke billion pound contract gas billing system and the introduction of a series of controls over the use of spreadsheets along with a company wide policy over their use.
